Pastry chefs from the well known hotels will compete in the Pastry Competition at Salon Du Chocolat Istanbul on April 18, 2025. They will showcase their exceptional skills by preparing the most innovative chocolate recipes. An independent jury of pastry chefs will evaluate the recipes and announce the winners. You will have the opportunity to admire and test the chefs' original creativity while listening to the comments of our jury.
